VOXX’s founder brings 35 years of athletic experience and won the men’s M40 long jump at the 2026 World Masters Athletics Championships in Daegu.
What the app does
VOXX helps runners organize a training week, follow guided sessions and review proposed plan changes. You review and accept plan changes. Available features and data depend on the beta version, your device, connected services and the permissions you choose.
Limits matter
VOXX provides fitness guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment. It does not assess healing or advance rehabilitation automatically. Wearable records may be incomplete, and imported history is separate from live heart-rate readings.
How our guides are reviewed
Public product guides are written and maintained by the VOXX team and describe product behavior and setup. A displayed review date records an editorial or product check; it does not by itself mean a clinician or sports-science expert reviewed the page.
We do not currently identify a named qualified medical or sports-science reviewer for these guides. The organization attribution on this page is not an expert credential. Product features can change during beta, so the app and its current notices govern when they differ from an older guide.
